He is battling an asteroid heading to planet earth--an actual historical, astrological event, coincidentally, occurring during the coronavirus quarantine.
Tales of Detective Super Skunk takes on COVID-19. The super hero that comes to aid America in the fight against coronavirus. Introduces hand washing and fermentation. A STEAM book for kids and family.
Detective Super Skunk is a rare and talented super hero that solves mysteries, combats evil & fights crime.  The original character was created by Frederick D. Germany, II & Monica Guillemin. Tales of Detective Super Skunk was developed by Barbara J. Satterfield, lifetime educator, in collaboration with Monica Guillemin, Frederick D. Germany, II and DeNea Thomas.

Can a skunk really help humans clean?  Did you know a lavender colored skunk actually exists in nature?  In the second adventure of Tales of Detective Super Skunk the rare lavender skunk comes to the aid of humans once again!  This skunk is a detective with superpowers who solves perplexing mysteries.  In the latest Super Skunk mystery a dangerous bug festers across the United States.  "When people don’t wash their hands “germs fester!”  There are many germs that can make people very sick."   Super Skunk told the students!

The process of fermentation was introduced in Part I as the target grade is 1st to 5th grade, and a word count of 3,766, compared to Faces of Heroes, is target to preschool to first grade children and has a word count of 496.
